Submit a Request
To request support for your bank, email templates@statement2xlsx.com with:
Required Information
- Your name and company
- Bank name and country
- Account type (Personal, Business, Credit Card, etc.)
- Statement format (Digital PDF or Scanned)
- Estimated volume (statements per month)
- Urgency (Standard, Expedited, or Rush)
Required Attachment
- A redacted sample statement (at least 2 pages with transactions)
- Statement should be from within the last 12 months
Redaction Checklist
Must redact:
- Account holder name(s)
- Full account numbers (keep last 4 digits)
- Physical addresses
- ID numbers or tax numbers
- Signatures
Do NOT redact:
- Column headers
- Bank logo/branding
- Page numbers
- Statement date ranges
- Table structure/grid lines
