How Credits Work
Purchase & Use
- Buy once, use anytime: Credits never expire
- 1 credit = 1 conversion: One PDF statement to Excel
- Pay only for success: 1 credit is deducted only when your XLSX is successfully generated
- Failed conversions: No credit deducted if extraction fails
Data Privacy
- No PDFs are stored: Files are processed in memory only
- Downloads expire: Generated XLSX files are deleted after ~10 minutes
- Your data stays private: We never access or retain your financial data

Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.
What if a conversion fails?
No credit is deducted for failed conversions. You only pay when you successfully receive your Excel file.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@statement2xlsx.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, and EFT (South Africa). Invoices available for bulk purchases.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, larger packs have lower per-credit pricing. For volumes over 100, contact us for custom pricing.
Which banks are supported?
Currently we fully support FNB (First National Bank). More South African banks coming soon. Request your bank.
